Sales up, (hoisting sound) and inventory down (chain dropping anchor sound) we are going to have a super 2012 real estate season! Get the galley stocked with realistically priced inventory that is varied, containing something for everyone. Like a game of Hearts, shoot the moon and win the game because you hold the tricks you need to take.
